My gf went on one of their trips, the accomdation was noisy and dirty and the facilities did not match the requirements
If you're over the age of 45, forget it. They need to remove all of their verbiage re: diversity and inclusion and make it clear on pages like their FAQ that they don't accept anyone over the age of 45.
Hi, I’m Ryan, and I’ve completed 10 trips (or “chapters”) with WiFi Tribe—and I keep coming back for a reason. Simply put, it’s one of the best ways to explore new places. What sets WiFi Tribe apart is the community. Each chapter brings together a diverse group of people, all with different ideas of fun and adventure. This creates a richer, more dynamic experience. You’re constantly discovering new activities, joining in on unexpected adventures, and trying things you might never have considered if you were traveling solo. Speaking of solo travel—I used to do that exclusively. I never thought I needed a group. But being with the Tribe has completely changed my perspective. The people you meet, the bonds you form, the adventures you share—it’s truly something special. Plus, the logistics are taken care of for you. Accommodations are often amazing, and you don’t have to worry about planning or coordinating anything. You just show up and dive in. Another thing I really appreciate is the culture of inclusion. There’s an unspoken rule: when someone new joins a conversation, you bring them in. You catch them up. That sense of openness and community is what makes the Tribe so unique. Everyone’s there to connect—both with the local culture and with each other. You end up forming meaningful friendships with other digital nomads who share your lifestyle and values. I joined WiFi Tribe in 2019, and for me, the best thing about WiFi Tribe is simple: it's the community. The people I've met—some of the best friends I've ever made while traveling. During every chapter, there's this magical feeling of being accepted and celebrated—for your differences, your uniqueness, and all the crazy things you bring to the table. Being on chapter is a magical feeling, and it's something I experience every time I'm part of one. It's all about the community. It's about this crazy, interesting group of people who have taken life by the horns and said, "You know what? I want this life. I want to travel. I want to have location independence." And one way or another, they made it happen. If someone is thinking about joining the Tribe, I would tell them: do it. Jump before you're ready. For me, I joined the Tribe before it was a sustainable life for me. I pitched my job to go full-time remote. They said, "No." I said, "All right—see you later." I met a bunch of cool people during my first couple of chapters. And a couple of years later, I actually got a fully remote job through the connections I made in WiFi Tribe. So that's what I tell people who are thinking about joining: just do it. It'll be the best decision you've ever made.
I owe so much to WifiTribe! I’ve been travelling and working remotely for five years now, and so many of the friends I travel with throughout the year I met through Wifitribe, whether from a chapter or through friends in the community. On chapters, I can’t count how many memorable bucket-list trips and strong connections I’ve built. For those wanting to build community while working and travelling the world, I couldn’t recommend WifiTribe enough. I can’t imagine not being part of this community.
It's hard to not overstate the effect that Wifitribe had on my life since I first joined a chapter in 2018. Today, I cannot name many travel friends that I did NOT meet through WT or through other tribers. During a chapter you're not only gonna do a ton of fun stuff with like-minded people, you're also making so many connections in this community.
WiFi Tribe has truly changed my life. I got to see, meet, and make friends with a lot of like-minded people, numerous beautiful souls. I would definitely recommend it to people who want to explore lift from a different perspective.
Joining WiFi Tribe has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my life. Not only have I been able to stay productive while exploring amazing destinations, but I’ve also met some of the most inspiring, supportive, and fun people along the way. The community vibe is unmatched — everyone is kind, supportive, and genuinely interested in connecting. The team does a fantastic job making sure logistics are smooth and the houses are both comfortable and work-friendly (strong Wi-Fi always!). If you're looking for a way to combine work, travel, and meaningful human connection — I highly recommend WiFi Tribe. It’s more than just a co-living experience… it’s a lifestyle.

When my friends say the "like to travel", what they really mean is that they like to vacation. I seek out the vulnerability of being of landing someplace new and the romance of finding a way to feel comfort in an unfamiliar place. I appreciated being solo, but what I didn't want to feel alone. When I joined WiFi Tribe in 2021, I was looking for others who traveled the way I did. Those who work remotely, give more than they take, and have an open energy seeking genuine connection with people. WFT has delivered that in a way that I never imagined. On these trips, I regularly create deeper connections than I did when I lived somewhere full time. Since my first chapter in 2021, I've done about 3 chapters per year. Each has its own uniqueness. From the people, to the place, to the weather and accommodations. But the one consistent thing about each trip is an amazing group of people who truly understand what "community" means. The interview process helps ensure that these trips are full of people who are ready to do things in a way that is inclusive and responsible. Many of these chapter-mates have become lifelong friends and of course we travel off chapter on our own as well. This is a great company for people who like to be part of a community and give more than they take. It doesn't matter if you are an introvert or extrovert, what you do for a living or where you are from. If you are the kind of person that knocks on your neighbor's door just to check in, this is for you.
WiFi Tribe has been hands down the best decision I've made in my 30s. It’s rare to find a true community at this stage in life, but WiFi Tribe offers exactly that—a space where you can feel at home no matter where in the world you are. What makes it special is the way it allows you to come as your authentic self, feeling truly seen and valued. I’ve made lifelong friends, created incredible memories, and learned so much about myself and the life I want to build. WiFi Tribe provides a unique opportunity to travel and work remotely with a diverse group of people from all over the globe. The most special aspect is that despite our differences—whether it's nationality, career, or personal interests—there is a shared thread. What bonds us is a collective curiosity, a love for adventure, and a commitment to community. This sense of shared purpose makes each chapter feel both fresh and familiar at the same time. The staff genuinely care about the community and their product. While not every chapter is flawless (there can be WiFi, location, or housing issues at times), the hosts and members are always great at fostering open discussions and resolving challenges together. This community-driven approach ensures that everyone is actively working to make the most of each experience. WiFi Tribe is truly community-centered. It has exceeded my expectations in fostering connection and personal growth. At this stage in life, it’s rare to find such a meaningful community, and I’m grateful to have found it.
This is a great group that has led me to meet amazing people and have awesome international working experiences. The "Tribe" has a decently strict vetting process to ensure folks who are joining want to join an authentic community and also are actually working while traveling. They have an active Slack community that makes me feel like I've got a friend anywhere I land and I love going on Chapters with the tribe.

In my 5+ years of traveling the globe with WiFi Tribe, I've experienced firsthand the magic of when a group of friends and strangers with a shared love of life and adventure meet up for a month to create memories that last a lifetime. WiFi Tribe's ability to catch lightning in a bottle over and over again in this way stems from its long-standing emphasis on building and cultivating a community of diverse, but like-minded group of nomads with intention, and this has been a part of the group's DNA from the beginning. So what can you expect when you join a tribe of incredible people somewhere in the world for a month? Genuine, authentic, and spontaneous adventure; caring, humble, and incredible new friends; and the realization that a community is no longer constrained to one physical location.
I joined WiFi Tribe in 2023, and it’s been an amazing journey! In just a year, I’ve met so many fantastic people. My last chapter alone had members from nine different countries, making exploring new places even more exciting. Even when I travel solo, I can simply drop a pin and connect with Tribers who are in town. The Slack community is full of opportunities, like job postings, hubs in various locations, and great language clubs. Being part of the Spanish language club has been fantastic—the weekly practice sessions have really boosted my Spanish. What I love most is that no matter what you need, you can always ask a question and find someone ready to help.
Joining WiFi Tribe has been a unique and refreshing experience for me. I work in virtual healthcare and strongly value making the most out of any work-life situation. So far, I’ve been on two chapters, both of which provided a much-needed change of pace and environment. These chapters also took me to places I would not have explored on my own, offering the perfect mix of focus time, community and adventure. Outside of the chapters, I revel in the connections and friendships I’ve made. Even though I’m not a full-time nomad, I take trips throughout the year to visit new places with my travel besties! These lifelong friends made from being a part of Wifi Tribe have supported me in ways I never expected, but so appreciate. And, staying connected with others via the worldwide hubs and Slack has added so much fun and richness to my life. Meeting people who share a similar worldview fills my heart with joy. There’s always an adventure waiting—whether it’s sharing hobbies, brainstorming, giving or receiving advice, or finding new ways to experience life. WiFi Tribe has made every trip more than just a getaway; it’s a way to continuously grow, learn, and thrive within an amazing community.
I joined WiFi Tribe in 2019 and since then have joined 6 different chapters as well as many shorter trips and hub hang outs with Tribe members. Joining this community was truly life-changing for me, I never thought I would have the opportunity to not only travel and work in so many amazing places but be connected to a network of people who are so like-minded as myself. Through the chapters, I've had the opportunity to try new things as well as make lifelong travel friends but the community is much more than the trips. The Slack group and local hubs have provided a ton of added benefits I never expected like finding a personal trainer, a nutritionist, entrepreneurs to bounce business ideas off of, fellow scuba divers, and a network I can turn to for advice and travel inspo. It's made it much easier to integrate chapter life and values into my day to day as someone who doesn't nomad full time.
