The family gathers to move their bodies in a Yoga or workout session to set the energy for the day, before we get into productive work. We round our days off with cultural, local and communal experiences. So who’s behind planning and curating this experience? - Milou! :) , I’m a holistic health coach, yoga teacher, fitness coach, retreat host and lifelong traveler. I’ve led multiple retreats, creating spaces where people can move and connect with their bodies, find back to themselves and nurture meaningful connections. I love designing trips that give you the structure to grow and the freedom to explore, with community as the heartbeat of every day. Each day has its own rhythm: - Mornings: Optional workouts, yoga, or meditation to start focused and energized. - Work blocks: Quiet, inspiring coworking sessions in bright communal spaces with reliable Wi-Fi. - Late afternoons: Surf or kite lessons, horse rides, beach downtime, local explorations and shared meals. - Evenings: Group dinners, cultural experiences like a Moroccan cooking class, or simply quiet time with games, journaling and reflection. This experience blends focus and ease, giving you space to work, move, connect and recharge. You’ll stay in a spacious villa just outside Essaouira. Comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, inspiring work areas and sunny terraces make it easy to relax, work or gather with the group.
