goldenweeks Retreats is a 2‑week accountability retreat in Zanzibar for ambitious digital nomads, founders and remote professionals who want to make real progress on one important project – with structure, accountability and a small, supportive community instead of working alone.

In November 2026 we bring together 8 people for deep work sessions during the day with clear milestones, check‑ins and peer support, and slow evenings with beach walks, shared dinners and relaxed hangouts. You get reliable internet, comfortable workspaces and the calm, tropical energy of the Swahili coast.

Beyond the focused work rhythm there is time to explore cafés, beaches and weekend adventures on the island, so you can switch off, get perspective and come back to your project with fresh ideas.
