<span style="color: rgb(0, 67, 120);">We foster innovation through the creation of generative places and communities where people can feel welcome, free to express themselves and realise their dreams, both personal and professional. We launched our fisrt coliving space in Matera, Southern Itay, in 2012 (officially recognized as one of the first in the world) and we opened a new one in Gorizi, Northern Italy, in 2024.</span> <span style="color: rgb(0, 67, 120);">We create and manage communities connecting locals with digital nomads and remote workers.</span> <span style="color: rgb(0, 67, 120);">Beside coliving and coworking we develope many other projects about social and urban regeneration, especially in rural areas and focusing on the engagement of citizens.</span>
