I'm currently attempting a career change after working in content for nearly 20 years, but I still feel inept and constantly question my own talents. Adriana, the host of this excellent programme, has assisted us with self-care through early morning yoga (believe me, it helps you clear your mind!), daring workshops about career, facing your fears, and putting your ideas into action. We had the opportunity to share our talents, experiences, ideas, and even anxieties. To be honest, there were some awkward moments because confronting fears and inadequacies is not easy at all! However, this one-week adventure allowed me to learn more about myself, meet amazing people, discover new things like ikigai, deal with difficult situations in life, and even clear my mind while deciding to start a business. And the greatest part: it's in a magnificent mansion on the gorgeous island of Gozo. This journey gave me the opportunity to leave stronger than ever. Thank you, Adriana!
Amazing program contents and people! Really enjoyed the morning yoga sessions followed by amazing home cooked meals by our private chef, and inspiring workshops! The venue was remarkable too!!
I had an incredible experience at this retreat! I'd say the strong points for me were: - The procedural structure devised by Adriana starts from an individual inner immersion to the concrete formation of a new business. - Being part of a small group where everyone has a specific objective, but everyone is looking for a solution for their business. Everyone helps each other during and outside the workshops. That was really nice! - Adriana made sure everyone felt comfortable and was always on time! - The location: the house is very beautiful and comfortable and Gozo is a peaceful and incredible place to have this kind of experience.
